In this standalone, 3-hour Krav Maga workshop in Hampstead, London, you’ll gain the confidence and skills every woman deserves.
Designed for women aged 18 and over, you will obtain practical, street-proven tools to protect yourself from sexual assault and other real-world threats.
You’ll learn:

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
SHE FIGHTS BACK, women’s self-defense seminar is brought to you by iKravMaga, an international school for Krav Maga and self-defense founded in 2004 by Dr. Segal, a globally recognized expert with more than 35 years of experience. iKravMaga has trained thousands of students as well as law enforcement and psychiatric hospital staff worldwide.
Your training will be led by Dr. Segal himself, together with Nat, who specialises in Krav Maga for women and brings 19 years of experience. Einat has personally used the techniques taught in this program to save her life, making her a powerful advocate for the real-world effectiveness of Krav Maga.
Recognized worldwide as the most practical self-defense system, Krav Maga equips people of all ages and abilities with simple, effective tools to protect themselves. At iKravMaga, our mission is to empower you with the skills, confidence, and resilience to handle real threats. With over 350 self-defense drills, our training prepares students to respond to every kind of violence: from punches and chokes to armed attacks involving knives, sticks, and even guns.

A: Not at all! This course is built for complete beginners and focuses on techniques anyone can perform.
Q: What should I wear or bring?
A: Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a notebook if you’d like to take notes. Everything else is provided.
Q: Is this class physically intense?
A: It’s empowering but not overwhelming. You’ll move, learn, and practice—but everything is adapted to your comfort level.
Q: Will this be a safe space for survivors of past trauma?
A: Absolutely. The environment is supportive, trauma-informed, and led with sensitivity and care.
