About the Women’s Self-Defense Experience
This empowering, one-time Krav Maga course is designed specifically for women aged 17 and over who want practical, no-nonsense tools to protect themselves from sexual assault. Taking place in Hampstead, London, this 4-hour intensive class fuses battle-tested Krav Maga techniques with powerful psychological strategies to help override fear and respond effectively in real-life scenarios.
Our mission is to make self-defense accessible—no matter your strength, size, or fitness level. This course doesn’t just teach you how to fight back; it gives you the mental edge to stay calm, act decisively, and take back control.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
This self-defense instructor training program is lead by the iKravMaga school for self-defense and Krav Maga.
iKravMaga is a worldwide school for self-defence, founded in 2004 by Dr. Aviad Segal, an international Krav Maga expert with over 35 years of experience. iKravMaga is the largest Krav Maga self defence center in Israel with a rich history of training civilians, law enforcement, and special military units worldwide, continuing to expand its reach globally by certifying and supporting professional Krav Maga instructors worldwide.
This program will be led and taught by Dr. Aviad Segal himself, alongside Amazia Fensterheim, 4th degree Krav Maga black belt and the chief instructor of iKravMaga.
Krav Maga, recognized globally as the premier self-defence system, is the simplest and most practical way any person can defend themselves.
Our commitment at iKravMaga is to empower individuals with the skills, confidence, and resilience to protect themselves and others by offering comprehensive training encompassing over 350 self-defence drills, preparing our students for every conceivable scenario of violence, including attacks against punches, kicks, chokes, and threats involving knives, sticks, and guns.
